Merck HY-LITE® system is an easy to use, fast and reliable testing system designed to evaluate the treatment process quality in the industries of food and beverages. The detection is based on reaction with luciferinos/luciferase reagent in buffer. ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is present in all biological residues, is quantified. Light (bioluminescence) is produced during the reaction, and detected with HY-LITE® luminometer. This ATP detection method is widely used in the food industry to ensure the quality of cleanliness.

With Merck HY-RiSE® kit, you can quickly identify contamination of organic origin, even when apparently the surface seems completely clean. Timely detection of invisible biological residues, cleaning can be performed repeatedly without adverse impact on the process itself. Using this kit you will not require any additional analytical instruments. HY-RiSE® measures the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD, NADH) and their phosphates. These compounds are found in living cells, including microorganisms, and food or food residue.
